As Managing Partner and President of Integrated Benefits, Kent joined Integrated Benefits in 1999. His focus has been helping organizations in the small and medium-sized business sector designing and implementing innovative staff/executive recruitment and retention strategies.

After earning his Bachelor of Administration Degree from the University of Regina, Kent spent many years as an integral part of one of Canada's leading insurance companies. Kent's technical knowledge of group insurance underwriting is invaluable to our clients.

 

Bobby Froese

As a Benefits Consultant & Partner of Integrated Benefits, Bobby joined Integrated Benefits in September 2006. He provides consulting services to existing and prospective clients. His key focus is working with organizations in the small and medium-sized business sector designing, implementing, and providing on-going maintenance of employee benefit programs.

Bobby has received two years of post-secondary education at Red Deer College. His past experience lies in the sales and customer service industry, as he was an Assistant Service Manager at a well-known automotive dealership. Bobby is actively pursuing a number of designations to complete his experience in group benefits. He is working towards the completion of his Group Benefits Associate (GBA) and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).

Away from work, Bobby enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and his 4 children. He also enjoys playing golf, hockey, and camping with his family & friends.

Scott Hanrahan

Scott spent more than 17 years in a successful career in the consumer electronics field. After many proven years developing his client base, he then pioneered and administered a corporate training program for a large Western Canadian retailer.

As an entrepreneur, Scott successfully built and subsequently sold a business venture which continues to thrive today. He has managed an Alberta Sales territory in the medical field involving major hospitals, health districts and long-term care facilities before joining our team here at Integrated Benefits in 2010. Since joining us, Scott has contributed significant growth to our organization, and now provides benefit consulting services to a significant clientele.

In September 2014, Sherry joined Integrated Benefits as an Account Manager. She provides ongoing customer service, analyzes and negotiates renewals, helps to resolve day to day administrative questions, and ensures a smooth enrollment process for new groups.

Before coming to Integrated Benefits, Sherry had 4 years of experience in the group insurance industry. She has recently completed her Life License Qualification Program and is now endeavoring to complete the Group Benefits Association designation (GBA).

Sherry enjoys doing many activities while away from the office including watching WHL hockey, camping, quadding, fishing and exploring all that nature has to offer.

 

Melanie Campbell

Melanie Campbell started her career with Integrated Benefits in May of 2006. She provides over ten years of experience and a passion for customer satisfaction making her a highly valued member of the team. She enjoys meeting with Plan Administrators and explaining their Group Benefits Plan and clarifying the renewal process.

Melanie attended Grant MacEwan University for Business Administration and returned to her roots in Central Alberta to work in the Employee Benefits industry. Her desire for continuous learning has provided her the opportunity to gain experience as both a Customer Service Manager and Account Manager as well as making her the in house expert for both myHSA and Cost Plus.    

Away from the office, Melanie loves spending time with her husband and four kids and enjoys taking on new side business ventures and playing slow pitch and volleyball.

Jodi Hopkins

Customer Relationship Manager

Jodi joined Integrated Benefits as a Customer Relationship Manager in October of 2015. She provides excellent customer service and truly cares about finding solutions to any issues that arise. She enjoys meeting with Plan Administrators to help explain their Group Benefits Plan and go over any service concerns or claims issues they have.

Jodi has a Bachelor or Arts in English and brings her education and work experience in Human Resources and Customer Service to her role here at Integrated Benefits. She is now studying to achieve her Group Benefits Association (GBA) designation and eventually would like to become a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).

Away from the office, Jodi loves spending time with her husband and dogs and enjoys reading, soccer, hiking and spending time out on the lake when not planning her next travel adventure.

Administrative Marketing Assistant

Breanne (Bree) joined Integrated in August of 2016 as our Administrative Marketing Assistant. She brings her energy and wealth of benefit and insurance knowledge to this role and has been a very valuable member of our team. She is involved in all aspects of clients’ yearly renewals, request for proposals, group marketing and various administrative duties and projects.  With exceptional attention to detail, communication skills and amazing work ethic, Bree is a true example of someone who takes great pride in her work.

After receiving her Business Administration Management Diploma in 2010, Bree began working in the insurance industry specializing in Life Insurance and Group Benefits. This transferable experience has proved valuable in her current role. 

Bree enjoys spending her free time with her FiancĂ©, cats and friends.  She travels home to Saskatchewan to visit family when possible. When not at work, Bree spends her time riding her motorcycle, playing volleyball, camping and playing video games.

 

Braden Oehlerking

Braden has recently joined the Integrated Benefits team as our new Red Deer Benefits Consultant. He will be focusing primarily on sales and the procurement of new group insurance clients as well as all aspects related to the growth and maintenance of a group insurance clientele.

Braden was working for a General Insurance Brokerage before transitioning into Group Benefits.  He spent four years at Red Deer College earning his Business Administration degree. In his spare time, Braden enjoys working out, playing sports and hanging out with his friends.

 

Cori Morris

Administrative Marketing Assistant

The newest member of the Integrated Benefits team, Cori started her career with IBC as an Administrative Marketing Assistant in January of 2018 and has been a valuable addition since this time. Cori provides a calming presence in the office and places great care in every task she takes on from marketing new clients, annual renewal preparation and general administrative tasks and special projects, Cori provides clients and coworkers with excellence. 

Cori's diverse professional background, prior to her joining the Integrated team, ranged from small business owner, running a successful salon for over ten years as well as owning a car wash for a short period of time, to bookkeeping and working as a Customer Service Rep in the banking industry. Bringing her varied experience to her role as Administrative Marketing Assistant, Cori has a diligent attention to detail and unique foray into how employee benefits can help to attract and retain quality employees.

When she is away from the office, Cori enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, travelling as a family, camping and enjoying the outdoors, playing volleyball and coaching and playing baseball.

Realizing the challenge companies have in attracting and retaining employees, Integrated Benefits created a division called Integrated Benefits Group RRSP. As the managing partner, Kelvin assists companies in designing and implementing Group RRSP and Pension Plans for companies in Central Alberta.

Kelvin also maintains a private practice in which he assists his clients in their financial goals by providing insurance and investment advice.

Kelvin has been in the financial services industry, serving clients in Central Alberta for over 18 years.  He is associated with Advocis, The Financial Advisors Association of Canada and is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), The Premier Association of Financial Professionals. MDRT membership is recognized internationally in the excellence of life and financial services business. 

He has been married to his wife for over 25 years and they have two teenagers.  Kelvin is active in long distance running and working out.  He is also involved in officiating and playing lacrosse.
